At Global Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Global Market account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your request is processed efficiently.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
